As local young professionals, we understand the impact and influence that a strong community can have on attracting and retaining talented young professionals and families.  By bringing together our diverse backgrounds from each industry that we serve, our goal is to encourage business growth and development, and in turn, make Mount Pleasant, Iowa stand out for cultural and professional opportunities in our area.

We are working to strenghten the Mount Pleasant of today, while establishing the groundwork for a better Mount Pleasant of tomorrow. 

AMP's Mission is to equip young people in the Henry County Community with social and career networking opportunities and provide a support group for one another.

Our Vision:  We, the members of AMP, dedicate ourselves to enhancing the community of Mount Pleasant and Henry County by building dynamic alliances that promote, attract and retain young citizens.  With our collaborative efforts, we will lead the community to a promising future by creating opportunities for personal and professional growth, building social relationships, providing volunteer possibilities, and promoting the community of Henry County.
